Favorite bourbon:
The one in my hand (Although I recently tried 1792 and it was fantastic!)

I think it's a sin to drink bourbon without: Proper glassware (sometimes you just can't help it though).
Favorite thing about Kentucky besides bourbon: I love Kentucky in the fall — more specifically, I love camping/being outdoors in Kentucky in the fall.
Favorite part of any bourbon tour: Being a home-brewer, I always love seeing how bourbon starts as a beer, and I love seeing the behind-the-scenes of the bourbon production. I also love the smell of the mash when you walk into the fermentation room, and the faint, musky smell of bourbon escaping the barrels in the rickhouses.

Favorite part of any bourbon tour: Smelling the fermentation vats and learning what makes each bourbon different.
